Agha Shahi is born on 25 August 1920 in Banglore British India. He was a former Pakistani Ambassador to the United States of America. He is born and raised in Bangalore British India. He was the brother of Agha Hilaly.
He started his school life in Bangalore he studied in a school where his father was the principal. He completed his primary and secondary education in Banglore. He has an interest in Science so he took science and completed his BSc in Physics. He also completed his MSc in Applied Physics and in 1944 he completed his MA in Mathematics.
