She started her school career in Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh India. She completed her primary and secondary education at Mirzapur. She completed her graduation from Kamla Maheshwari Degree College.
After completing her graduation degree she went to K. V. Degree College Mirzapur and got her MA degree. She went to Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith and got her PhD Degree. She was interested in studying Sanskrit Language. She also published her thesis in 1993.
