Kalbe Razi Naqvi is born on 26 May 1944. He was born in Raebareli, United Provinces, British India. After the separation of Pakistan-India, his family moved to Karachi Pakistan.
He is raised in Karachi Pakistan. He started his school life in Karachi. He went to a private school in Karachi and completed his primary education. For his secondary education, he went to Government High School in Karachi. He also completed his matriculation from that school. He went to a university in Karachi and completed his graduation.

Kalbe Razi Naqvi did research in Chemistry, Chemical Physics, biophysics, and in some other fields as well. He moved to England in 1964 when the University of Manchester awarded him a scholarship. He completed his PhD Degree from there in molecular Physics. He joined the Department of Chemistry at the University of Sheffield.
He experimented and named it Razi Naqvi’s kinetic law. He has published two books till now whose names are “Can Science Come Back to Islam?” and the second one is “Calculus Without Hocus Pocus”
