Ustad Sibte Jaffar Zaidi started his education in Karachi. He completed his primary and secondary education in Karachi. He is a Professor, Poet, Religious Reciter and Writer. For all his work Harward University Gave him an honorary award. He studied LLB and became a lawyer he also did an MA and B.ED.
He was also interested in Islamic education he got Islamic education from Madasra Waghidin where he studied under the guidance of Molana Zafar Hassan, Molana Inayat Hussain, Molana Mustafa Johar, and Allama Talib Johri.

Sibte Jaffar Zaidi was a lawyer but he quit his job passed the Public Service Commission Test and became an Associate Professor in the Department of Education. Sibte Jaffar Zaidi is a well-known poet and professor in Karachi. He has a deep attachment to Ahl al-Bayt. He has recorded more than 150 Audio and video cassettes. He has also written books. His book “Basta” is famous today as well total of 8 editions of that book have been published till now. He has written many books for intermediate and degree classes which were published many times between 1983 to 1988.

Shaheed Sibte Jaffar Zaidi was shot on 18 March 2013 in Liaquatabad, when he was coming back home from College on his Motorcycle. His martyrdom is a shock for the Shia community leaving every eye filled with tears. He was Buried in the Wadi-e-Hussain Graveyard.
