Arif Sahab belongs to the famous city of Skardu in Gilgit-Baltistan. He is very famous in Skardu and all over Pakistan for his unique style of poetry especially his Noha writeup. He completed his M.Phil from a well-reputed university in Islamabad Pakistan.
Arif Sahab Early Education
Arif Sahab started his schooling in Skardu Baltistan. Later on, he moved to Islamabad for his higher studies. He started writing poetry in his early days.
Arif Sahab Profession
He served a few years in Uswa Public School Skardu as a teacher. After moving to Islamabad for higher studies he continued teaching at Uswa College Sinhala Japan Road. He was also attached to Sama TV Pakistan.
His lamentations are read all over Pakistan and abroad today.
Arif Sahab Award
Arif Sahab received an award in the year 2013 for one of his poetry written in his homeland Gilgit Baltistan.
