Naeem Bokhari was born and raised in Lahore Pakistan. He is born on 23 March 1948. He is currently He is currently 76 years old. He is the brother of Pakistani cricketer Saleem Akhtar Bokhari. His father is Dr Syed Altaf Hussain Bokhari.
He started his education in Lahore Pakistan. He went to St. Anthony High School from there he completed his Matriculation. For his Intermediate he went to Government College University Lahore. He went to Punjab University Law College.
