Dr. Athar Ali was born and raised in Muzaffargarh, Punjab, Pakistan. He is born in the year 1963. He is a famous Pakistani Scientist he is an expert in System engineer and a Rocket Scientist. He was a scientist at the Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO) and a senior scientist there.

Dr. Athar Ali started his school life in Muzaffargarh, Punjab. He picked Science because he wanted to become a scientist and help Pakistan. He was admitted to the NED University of Engineering and Technology he got his graduation degree from there. He got PhD degree from NED University he played an important role in SUPARCO.

Dr. Athar Ali was invited to join SUPARCO because he was so intelligent he joined in the year 1985. He joined and worked on the rocket’s electrical system. Due to his hard work, he was promoted to deputy director of the commission he learned many things about missile systems during the Hatf missile construction. He played an important role in the development of the Shaheen Missile System.

Dr. Athar Ali was one of the best scientists in Pakistan he was killed on 4 October 2003 in Karachi when he was going to Imam Bargah. Due to his work for Pakistan and the Pakistan Space Agency, he was awarded Hilal-i-Imtiaz by the president of Pakistan after his death.
